Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔ The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
✔ The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
✔ Returns are not accepted for custom-made, personalized, or clearance sale items.
✔ Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide Order Details – Include your order number, product name, and reason for return in your request.
- Return Approval – Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address. Please use a trackable shipping service to send the item back.
- Refund Processing – After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
