2. Product Authenticity & Descriptions

• We deal in authentic antique and vintage handcrafted items.
• Every product is carefully curated, restored (if necessary), and described accurately.
• Due to the nature of vintage products, minor imperfections, color variations, and signs of aging may be present. These are part of their historical charm and do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR  and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, PayPal, and cash payments at our physical store.
• Orders must be paid in full before shipping or pickup.
• Collectible Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Cancellations

• Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and internationally.
• Delivery timelines vary:
  • India: 5-7 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with intact packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after item inspection.

7. Wholesale Orders

• We offer bulk purchases at discounted prices for resellers, retailers, and interior designers.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply.
• Payment for wholesale orders must be made in advance.
• Custom sourcing is available upon request.
